We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the hair is unused, unwashed, untampered with, and still in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened hair. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue.
